Swedish Massage
In the Swedish, the skin is lubricated the skin with massage oil and the therapist performs various strokes that warm up and work the muscle tissue, releasing tension and breaking up muscle “knots” or adhered tissues. Swedish massage promotes relaxation, improves circulation, reduces anxiety, and eases muscle tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue is just not a regular massage, but rather a treatment directed specifically to the individual fibers. Deep Tissue Massage employs techniques that “unstick” these muscle fibers from one another so that the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid is restored to the muscle. Although Deep Tissue Massage is an intense treatment, it is done in such a way as to encourage the body to remain relaxed. It relieves chronic pain and increases mobility.

Shiatsu Acuppressure
Shiatsu Acupressure uses finger pressure to balance your body’s Chi Energy. It is the Japanese style of a pressure point massage without oil. Direct thumb, palm, forearm, or, for large and muscular backs, even knees systematically pressing into the best release point for each one of your tight muscles.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle bodywork technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing.
